Antonio Conte will again be without forwards Dejan Kulusevski and Richarlison for Tottenham’s visit to Bournemouth today, while the Italian has suggested that Bryan Gil is still not ready to start in the Premier League.
Lucas Moura is unlikely to be fit enough to start back-to-back matches after returning to the XI for the first time since May in Wednesday’s draw with Sporting Lisbon, so Conte could switch back to 3-5-2.
Conte revealed he took a “big risk” in starting Cristian Romero against Sporting after the Argentine missed the defeat to Newcastle last weekend with muscle fatigue, so he is likely to sit out on the south coast, with Davinson Sanchez deputizing.
The head coach, though, said Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg, who also missed the Magpies’ defeat, is now “100 percent”, while Rodrigo Bentancur will surely not be rested for such a big game.
Yves Bissouma is likely to come into the midfield, while Conte could rotate his wing-backs by bringing in Emerson Royal and Ryan Sessegnon.

Ben Davies and Clement Lenglet have rotated on the left of the back three and the Frenchman can expect to start here.
Predicted Tottenham XI (3-5-2): Lloris; Sanchez, Dier, Lenglet; Emerson, Bissouma, Hojbjerg, Bentancur, Sessegnon; Son, Kane.
