Yesterday evening, the 34-year-old received three awards at Marca 2022. After scoring 44 goals last season, he won the Pichichi Trophy for the first time.
Karim Benzema admitted he wants more goals’ after winning three awards at Marca 2022.
At the Goya Theatre, the forward, who scored 44 goals in all competitions last season, received the LaLiga Santander Pichichi Trophy, the Di Stefano Trophy, and the Hyundai Supporters’ MVP Trophy.

After the event, Benzema, who also won the Champions League and LaLiga with Real Madrid last season, told Marca that he was very proud to be recognized for his work, but added that he is hungry to keep scoring as he seeks even more major achievements.
After scoring 44 goals last season, Benzema, 34, admitted he is hungry for more.’ ‘I feel very proud of my work,’ he said. ‘I believe this will be a difficult year.’ ‘I’m always looking for ways to do more.’ I’m going to try harder, which includes winning LaLiga, scoring a lot of goals, and, most importantly, having fun on the field.’
‘It’s a very important trophy for me,’ Benzema added, thanking his teammates.

Benzema has been sidelined for nearly a month after suffering an injury in Real Madrid’s Champions League match against Celtic earlier this month.
However, in an interview with AS via Football Espana, the 34-year-old revealed that he is ready to return to the team for their match against Osasuna on Sunday.
‘I am delighted to return to the team,’ he said. ‘I spent time doing and had time to do a preseason.’ I’m feeling very good and at ease. ‘I am very excited to play on Sunday.’
