Liverpool are reportedly ‘optimistic’ about completing a deal for Jude Bellingham worth between £80.4 and £89.4 million.
This is according to a tweet update from Sportime’s Editor-in-Chief, Giannis Chorianopoulos, and comes amid ongoing speculation about the Reds and the Borussia Dortmund prodigy.

If Jude Bellingham has a successful World Cup campaign, his value could skyrocket.
There have been suggestions that the Reds could use Naby Keita‘s expiring contract as a bargaining chip. The Guinean international has allegedly been targeted by Edin Terzic’s men.
With a deadline for such a deal looming in the January window, it remains to be seen whether such a scenario will materialize and if so, the extent to which it will impact Bellingham pricing.
Still, we’d be remiss if we overlooked our world-class recruitment team’s negotiating skills, which haven’t seemed to fade since Michael Edwards‘ departure in the summer.
