Musiala has a good chance of winning the 2022 edition because the German striker has started the 2022/23 season in excellent form, scoring four goals in Bayern Munich‘s first three games.
The 19-year-old will face competition from fellow Bundesliga stars Jude Bellingham and Karim Adeyemi of arch-rivals Borussia Dortmund, both of whom have been nominated for the Golden Boy award.

Meanwhile, Bayern Munich is hoping to offload three players before the end of the summer transfer window, as the club has far too many players in the first team squad for the upcoming season.
According to Fansided, the Bundesliga champions want to sell or loan three players in the next three weeks: Joshua Zirkzee, Tanguy Nianzou, and Bouna Sarr.
