There were just two seasons in which Darvin Ham led the Los Angeles Lakers.
Ham was sacked by Los Angeles on Friday, the team said in a statement:

Dan Woike of the Los Angeles Times claims that the Lakers also sacked their assistant coaches. According to ESPN’s Dave McMenamin, Phil Handy, an assistant coach in Los Angeles who worked with both Frank Vogel and Ham, was let go.
The Lakers will conduct a “extensive” search for a new head coach, according to Shams Charania of The Athletic and Stadium. Candidates include Mike Budenholzer, Kenny Atkinson, JJ Redick, and possibly Ty Lue.

Although there were high expectations going into the season, the Purple and Gold did not have the best start prior to their postseason exit.
